Thinking of
things to keep your child busy this weekend? I’ve read an
article before, saying that one great way to make your little child eat his
food is to involve him in the process. He might be interested to know how it’s
being prepared and what different ingredients it is consist of. So I
thought, "why not make a cake together?" No-bake cake is one of the easiest! And safest
way to get your kid’s hands full. It will also keep him away from the TV and
all the different gadgets, making his day more productive while having fun.
Crust: 1 ¼ cup crushed grahams,
50g or half a stick of butter, 3Tbsp sugar.
Mix all together and press on an 8” spring form pan (which I bought from MK store for P100). I just put a liner on the side so the filling won’t stick on the pan later on and the side of the cake will look neat once removed. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Filling: 1 tall can Kremdensada,
225g cream cheese, 8 pcs Oreo cookies (crushed) and 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin,
dissolved in 3 Tbsp hot water.
Let your child put all the ingredients |
..do the mixing |
and tasting on the side J |
Just mix them all together, until well blended. Next, pour it into the pan and then, top it with some more cookies, without the filling/cream.
*We actually prepared another one
for him. We made the second cake, without the cream cheese, because he might
not like the slight salty taste of it.
Happy Weekend Guys!!!
this is just what we need. thanks for sharing the recipe!
ReplyDeletehi there! how bout all purpose cream and some strawberries instead?
ReplyDeletesure! just use 1 1/2c all purpose cream plus 3/4c condensed milk instead of kremdensada. And then for the toppings, either the strawberries in can from the grocery or some fresh ones.
DeleteDaddy just baked Mango Cheesecake. Nakakaaddict. And your Oreo Cheesecake looks so yummy :)
