You need: tissue papers, scissors,
rubber bands and ribbon
1.
Lay out 8-10
sheets of tissue papers (same color and design), make sure all corners are
aligned
2.
Starting
from one edge, fold your paper in about an inch, continuously up to the other
end.
3.
Use a
rubber band to hold them all together. Place it to the center of your long
folded tissue paper.
4.
Now trim
both ends, either pointed or rounded, up to you!
5.
Separate
all the layers of the paper carefully!
6.
And
lastly, hang your pompoms using some ribbon or a wire.
You could hang your pompoms on the ceiling or just lay it on the floor..
You’ll be
glad to know that there are many different designed tissue papers available in
the market, like these nicely printed assorted design I saw in the department
store of Robinsons mall. If you have more time and energy, you could even go to
Divisoria, where you’ll surely find the cheapest papers.
