Flourless Pancakes

Found this recipe online, and since my son loves to eat eggs, I thought he might like this one too. Well, he actually love it!. A pancake that is so simple to make yet very nutritious. No flour, low in calorie and just all natural. So I decided to share it with you.

You need:  two eggs, one banana and a small amount of butter for frying.

1.      You could mash the banana, break in the eggs and mix all together until smooth. Or if you have a blender, just throw the two ingredients in and spin for 10 seconds.
Optional: 1/8 tsp baking powder may be added for a better texture.

2.      Put the non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt butter and pour the pancake batter in. cook for about a minute on each side.

You could serve it with fruity syrup or melted chocolates. Not too much though, for the pancake is already sweet. You may also add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to make it more fragrant and flavorful.

He finished the pancakes in less than 2 minutes!

Happy weekend everyone!
